House Rules

  • Boisterous activities, loud stereos, and instruments are not allowed.
  • Littering is strictly prohibited. Garbage should be thrown in designated areas.
  • Obstructions to the hallway such as slippers, shoes, furniture, etc. are strictly prohibited.
  • Each unit will be given a set of keys for the main entrance door and gate. The tenant must
    surrender these upon move out.
  • If the tenant will be gone for a period of time or in case of emergency, turn off the unit’s safety
    switch.
  • Tenant must first seek permission from the Property Manager if he/she wants to avail of
    telephone, cable, internet and other related services.
  • Only the registered tenants and companion are allowed to occupy their unit. Guest are not
    allowed to sleep in the unit unless permitted from the Property Manager. Extra charges will be
    levied for non abidance.
  • Guest are required to register for security purposes.
  • No pets or kids allowed.
  • Destruction of the building’s property and equipment (ie., vandalism) will be severely dealt
    with. Cost for repair of damaged property will be charged to the offender.
  • No move-ins will be permitted without prior notice/clearance from the Property Manager.
  • Tenants who decide to move-out must first secure a clearance before the issuance of gate pass.
  • All other act of omissions, violations, offenses, etc. that runs contrary to peace and order, safety
    /security, health and sanitation, and morals are strictly prohibited and will be penalized accordingly.
  • No smoking inside the premises.
  • Failure to settle rent shall mean disconnection on your utilities fifteen (15) days from your rent due
    date. Unsettled rend due for thirty (30) days shall be considered as abandonment of premises and
    gives us the right to enter, clear and lease the unit to other interested tenants without any liability for prosecution. Likewise, the LESSOR is hereby constituted and appointed as Attorney-in-Fact of the LESSEE to take possession of the furniture, equipment and other properties in the premises and to sell the same with the proceeds thereof applied to the payment of any and all obligation of the LESSEE.

The Property Manager reserves the right to ban from entering the premises persons who do not follow the aforementioned house rules.
